Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in or using AASA Robotics Academy’s online learning programs.
For Parents & Guardians: These terms explain how our online classes, recorded courses, payments, course access and learning services work.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AASA Robotics Academy website and your participation in our online robotics, coding, STEM and related educational programs and services.
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a FREE Demo Class, enrolling in a course or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian registering a child, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
2. About Our Services
AASA Robotics Academy provides online educational programs designed to introduce and develop children’s skills in areas such as robotics, coding, STEM, technology, creativity, problem-solving and innovation.
Our services may include live online classes, recorded self-paced courses, FREE Demo Classes, educational activities, projects, learning resources and other related services.
Course content, teaching methods, schedules, features and availability may vary between programs. The specific details applicable to a course will be communicated on the relevant course page or during the enrolment process.
Please Note
Our courses are educational programs intended to support learning and skill development. Completion of a course does not guarantee a particular academic, competition, employment or other outcome.
3. Eligibility
Our programs are designed primarily for children and young learners. Course pages may specify recommended age groups, prerequisites or experience levels for particular programs.
Parents or legal guardians should review the relevant course information and determine whether a program is appropriate for their child.
AASA Robotics Academy may recommend a different course or learning level where we believe another program may be more suitable for a child’s age, experience or learning needs.
4. Parent/Guardian Responsibility
For learners who are children or minors, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for registering the child, providing accurate information, completing any required consent or authorization, and ensuring that the child has appropriate access to the online learning environment.
Parents or guardians are encouraged to remain involved in their child’s online learning experience and should help ensure that the child follows these Terms and behaves respectfully during classes and when using our learning resources.
Parents or guardians are responsible for providing suitable equipment, internet access and a safe and appropriate learning environment unless otherwise stated for a particular program.
5. Course Registration & Enrollment
Course registration may require information such as the parent or guardian’s name, contact details, child’s name and age, preferred learning language and selected course or program.
You agree to provide information that is accurate and up to date. If any important information changes, you should notify AASA Robotics Academy so that we can maintain accurate records and communicate with you effectively.
Submitting a registration or enquiry does not automatically guarantee admission or enrollment in a course. Enrollment is confirmed only when AASA Robotics Academy has accepted the registration and, where applicable, the required payment or other enrollment requirements have been completed.
Parent/Guardian First
Because our programs are designed for children, we encourage parents and guardians to be actively involved in registration, consent, communication and decisions about their child’s learning.
6. Live Online Classes
Live classes are conducted online at the scheduled date and time communicated to enrolled learners. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is ready to join the class on time and has the required device, internet connection and learning environment.
Class schedules may occasionally need to be changed due to instructor availability, technical issues, holidays, emergencies or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant schedule changes to parents or guardians.
AASA Robotics Academy does not guarantee that every live class will be free from interruptions caused by internet connectivity, devices, third-party platforms or other technical circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Recorded Courses & Course Access
Recorded courses may be provided through an online learning platform or video-hosting service. Access to recorded course content is subject to the course details communicated at the time of enrollment.
Course access may be limited to a specified period, number of learners or registered account, depending on the particular program. Login credentials or access links should not be shared with others unless AASA Robotics Academy has expressly permitted such sharing.
We may update, improve, replace or modify course content from time to time to maintain the quality and relevance of our educational programs.
8. FREE Demo Classes
A FREE Demo Class is intended to help parents and learners understand our teaching approach and determine whether a particular program may be suitable.
Registration for a FREE Demo Class does not guarantee admission, enrollment or availability in a particular course or batch. Demo Class schedules are subject to availability and may be changed when necessary.
Any information collected during demo registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled demo, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can discuss whether another session may be available.
9. Fees & Payments
Course fees and other applicable charges will be displayed or communicated to parents or guardians before enrollment or payment.
Where online payment is available, payments may be processed through a third-party payment service provider. By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to comply with the applicable terms of the payment provider.
Enrollment in a paid course is confirmed only after successful receipt and verification of the applicable payment, subject to course availability and any other stated enrollment requirements.
AASA Robotics Academy reserves the right to update course fees for future enrollments. Any applicable fee for an existing enrollment will be communicated according to the terms applicable at the time of enrollment.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the specific course, program and payment terms communicated to the parent or guardian before enrollment.
Where a course has a specific cancellation or refund policy, that policy will apply to the relevant enrollment and will be communicated before or at the time of payment.
To request a cancellation or refund, the parent or guardian should contact AASA Robotics Academy using the contact details provided on our website and include the relevant enrollment or payment information.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will generally be processed through the original payment method or in another reasonable manner communicated by AASA Robotics Academy. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
11. Missed Classes & Rescheduling
Parents or guardians should make reasonable efforts to ensure that their child attends scheduled live classes on time.
If a learner misses a class, access to a make-up session, recording or alternative learning material will depend on the specific course or program policy.
Where AASA Robotics Academy needs to cancel or reschedule a live class, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change and, where appropriate, provide an alternative arrangement.

Please review the course details, applicable fees and cancellation/refund terms before completing payment. If you have questions, contact us before enrolling and we’ll be happy to clarify them.
12. Student Behaviour & Online Safety
Students are expected to participate in classes respectfully and follow reasonable instructions from instructors. Students should not engage in bullying, harassment, abusive behaviour, inappropriate communication, disruption of classes or activities that may compromise the safety or learning experience of others.
Parents or guardians are responsible for helping their child understand and follow appropriate online behaviour during classes and when using AASA Robotics Academy learning platforms or resources.
AASA Robotics Academy may take reasonable steps, including temporarily restricting participation or access, where a student’s behaviour seriously disrupts a class, harms others or creates a safety concern.
We encourage parents or guardians to contact us promptly if they have concerns about a child’s safety, behaviour or interaction during an online class.
13. Course Materials & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the AASA Robotics Academy name, logo, website content, course structure, lesson materials, videos, presentations, graphics, worksheets, activities, written content and other educational resources are owned by or licensed to AASA Robotics Academy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Course materials are provided for the personal educational use of the enrolled learner. Parents, guardians and students must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly share, upload, modify or commercially use our course materials without our prior written permission.
Sharing login credentials, course videos, downloadable materials or access links with people who are not enrolled in the relevant course is not permitted unless expressly authorized by AASA Robotics Academy.
14. Student Projects & User-Generated Content
Children may create projects, designs, code, presentations, images or other work while participating in AASA Robotics Academy programs. The child or their parent/guardian generally retains rights in original work created by the learner, subject to any third-party materials or tools used in creating that work.
We may ask parents or guardians for separate permission before using a child’s project, photograph, video, voice recording or other identifiable content for promotional, educational or demonstration purposes. Participation in a course does not automatically grant AASA Robotics Academy permission to use identifiable child content for marketing.
Parents or guardians may contact us if they have questions about the use of their child’s project or other content.

We want every child to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, sharing ideas and learning from others. Respectful participation helps us create a positive online learning environment for everyone.
15. Technology & Third-Party Platforms
Our online classes and courses may depend on internet connectivity, devices, software and third-party platforms or services. AASA Robotics Academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, device problems, platform outages or other technical failures.
Third-party platforms used in connection with our services may have their own terms of service and privacy policies. Parents and guardians should review those terms where appropriate.
We may change or replace the technology platforms used to deliver our services when reasonably necessary to improve reliability, security or the learning experience.
16. Limitation of Liability
AASA Robotics Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide quality educational services and maintain a reliable learning environment. However, we do not guarantee that our website, courses or online classes will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AASA Robotics Academy will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or educational services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Changes to Our Services
We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue aspects of our website, courses, class schedules, learning materials or services from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect an existing enrollment.
Changes may be made to improve the learning experience, accommodate operational requirements, update educational content or respond to technology, safety or legal requirements.
18. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to a course, class, account or service where reasonably necessary, including in cases of serious misconduct, misuse of course materials, unauthorized sharing of access credentials, non-payment of applicable fees, or behaviour that creates a significant safety or disruption concern.
Where appropriate, we will communicate the reason for a suspension or restriction and any steps that may be required to restore access.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
